Healthcare professionals have a duty to deliver high‑quality care when lives are on the line. Our Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider course follows American Heart Association guidelines to train pre‑hospital and in‑facility providers in the latest resuscitation science.
The BLS course teaches single‑rescuer and team‑based basic life support skills in a structured, hands‑on environment.
Participants learn to recognize life‑threatening emergencies, provide high‑quality chest compressions, deliver rescue breaths with bag‑mask devices, operate an AED and work effectively within a high‑performance team. Students also learn about special considerations such as opioid overdose, drowning and airway obstruction.
Many healthcare licenses and employer policies require current BLS certification. This course is for:
This comprehensive class typically lasts about four hours and includes lecture, discussion, and extensive hands-on practice using CPR manikins and AED trainers.
Classes can be scheduled for individuals or groups, with flexible weekday, evening, and weekend options. On-site sessions are also available for hospitals, clinics, and workplace teams needing certification or renewal.
Upon successful completion, participants receive a two-year AHA BLS Provider e-card, issued the same day to meet employer requirements immediately.
CPR Plus LLC focuses on real-world readiness and individual attention. Each lesson is led by an instructor with firsthand emergency experience who shares insights from the field to make learning practical and memorable. Class sizes are kept small so every participant practices thoroughly and receives personal feedback.
For larger groups or shift-based teams, on-site training can be arranged, and BLS may be bundled with ACLS or PALS courses for complete professional certification.
