Heartsaver CPR & AED Training

The Heartsaver curriculum uses AHA’s practice‑while‑watching technique, which combines video instruction with hands‑on practice so you master each skill under the guidance of an experienced instructor.

Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a two‑year certification card accepted by employers and regulatory agencies.

• Adult, child and infant CPR: High‑quality chest compressions, rescue breaths and use of barrier devices.
• AED operation: When and how to use an automated external defibrillator on adults, children and infants.
• Choking relief: Techniques for relieving airway obstructions for adults, children and infants.
• Team dynamics: Working with other rescuers in multi‑rescuer scenarios.

 Students practice with manikins and AED trainers, receiving real‑time coaching. Our instructors draw from their emergency‑response backgrounds to share practical tips and build confidence 

The Heartsaver course typically lasts 2–3 hours and can be combined with First Aid for a full‑day program. Choose from:

Your AHA e‑card will be issued immediately after you pass the skills test. Certification is valid for two years and meets most employer and regulatory requirements.
